Refund Policy

  • Effective Date: 2026-01-09

We operate a case-by-case refund policy. Refunds are not automatically granted, but we will carefully review legitimate requests where technical issues prevent you from using the product as intended.

Why This Policy?

We want to be transparent about why we have this refund policy:

  • Instant Digital Access: When you purchase, you receive immediate access to all component share URLs. Unlike physical products, we cannot "take back" digital access once it's been granted.
  • No Access Revocation: Framer components work via share links—once you have the URL, you can use it in unlimited projects. There's no technical way for us to revoke access after purchase.
  • Significant Development Effort: These components required extensive reverse engineering of Framer CMS internals, edge case handling, and months of development to create a reliable filtering system.
  • Industry Standard: This policy aligns with how most digital component and template marketplaces operate (Framer, Webflow, Figma ecosystems).

🎁 Try Before You Buy

Not sure if our components are right for you? Check out our live demos to see exactly how the filtering works before purchasing. You can test every feature in real Framer projects.

1. When Refunds May Be Granted

We may offer a full or partial refund if:

  • The components are completely non-functional or defective
  • You've contacted our support team but received no response within 72 hours (business days only)
  • The product description was fundamentally misleading
  • There's a documented technical incompatibility that cannot be resolved

Important: All refund requests require documentation (screenshots, error messages, project links) to help us investigate the issue effectively.

2. When Refunds Will NOT Be Granted

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:

  • You've changed your mind about the purchase
  • You no longer need the product after receiving access
  • The product requires understanding of how Framer CMS works — our components follow the exact same patterns as native Framer CMS filtering (documentation and support available)
  • The product is not the right fit for your use case (live demos are available to evaluate before purchase)
  • The purchase was made by mistake after access was already granted
  • You've purchased the product at a discounted or promotional price
  • You refuse to provide our support team with necessary information to investigate your issue
  • The request is made during an active promotional campaign (requests will be reviewed after the promotion ends)
  • License upgrades or plan changes

3. Important Notes

  • Immediate Access: Since you receive instant access to component share URLs upon purchase, all sales are considered final unless the above conditions are met
  • License Restrictions: If a refund is granted, you must immediately remove all Framer CMS Filter components from your projects and stop using them
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account
  • Active License Requirement: Support and refund eligibility are only available to users with an active, valid license

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the Request Refund page
  3. Select your purchase and provide details about the issue
  4. Include screenshots, error messages, or other relevant documentation
